Customer Support Representative

About the role

An on-site Customer Support Representative position based in Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, working Monday to Friday between 7:00 PM and 4:00 AM. The role covers answering customer enquiries and resolving their issues across several channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email and other support channels
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions
• Handle and resolve customer issues professionally
• Follow up on pending queries and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support requests
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when needed
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
• Professional, customer-oriented attitude and ability to stay calm and patient
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer support, call center or BPO is a plus
