Cyber Security Business Unit Head

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to head our Cyber Security Business Unit in Islamabad. The role combines strategic vision, P&L ownership, and hands‑on technical oversight to drive growth and deliver world‑class security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end business operations, balancing technical delivery with commercial objectives.
• Manage the unit’s Profit & Loss, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute a cybersecurity strategy aligned with market demand and corporate goals.
• Build, mentor, and lead technical and commercial teams in close collaboration with HR.
• Oversee client engagements, proposals, contract negotiations, and OEM/distributor relationships.
• Drive innovation by creating proprietary IP, automation tools, SOC playbooks, and AI‑driven analytics.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, finance, and operations to optimize outcomes.
• Monitor market trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes to advise leadership and clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading cybersecurity services or solutions with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong track record of building high‑performing technical and commercial teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with OEMs, distributors, and key clients.
• Ability to translate market insights into profitable service offerings.
