Data Analyst

About the role

Burq is looking for a Data Analyst to become the go‑to person for data across operations, product, and leadership. You will translate business questions into data‑driven answers and build dashboards that give teams real‑time visibility into delivery performance and business health.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain business dashboards that track KPIs such as delivery success rates, provider performance, and order volumes.
• Own the reporting layer, ensuring each team receives accurate, up‑to‑date reports.
• Standardize metric definitions with stakeholders to guarantee consistent reporting.
• Respond to ad‑hoc data requests from ops, product, customer success, and leadership, extracting data and presenting clear insights.
• Write SQL queries against Snowflake to retrieve, filter, aggregate, and join data.
• Proactively identify trends and anomalies in delivery data and flag them to relevant teams.
• Partner directly with stakeholders to understand their information needs and translate findings into plain language.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in a data analyst or business analyst role.
• Strong ability to write SQL queries independently.
• Experience building dashboards that are used by operational and executive audiences.
