Data Analyst

About the role

A detail-oriented Data Analyst is sought to collect, analyze and interpret data so that business decisions and operational excellence are supported. The analyst creates reports, dashboards and insights that lead to actionable outcomes. The position is based at NASTP, Cantt, Lahore, on an EST (night shift).

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop reports, dashboards and visualizations to present key metrics.
• Identify trends, patterns and anomalies to support business decisions.
• Work with operations, sales, finance and PMO teams to understand data needs.
• Prepare MIS reports, KPI tracking and ad-hoc analysis.
• Support process improvement and optimization initiatives using data insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity, document the analysis methodology and keep datasets organized.

Required profile

• Graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting or business analytics; experience in BPO, services or operations analytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Required skills

• MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI preferred).
• Basic SQL, Python or R is a plus.
