Data Engineer – Azure & Snowflake

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our fast‑growing team. You will design, build and optimise data pipelines and warehouses that power our online training platform, working with both on‑premise and cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
• Integrate on‑premise relational and semi‑structured sources with cloud MPP solutions.
• Develop data warehouses following best‑practice architectures such as Medallion, Dimensional modelling, Kimball and Data Vault 2.0.
• Implement robust data models that support reporting and analytics needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and high performance across the ecosystem.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer with strong expertise in relational databases and MPP warehouses.
• Hands‑on experience with Snowflake and Azure Data Factory.
• Deep knowledge of data modelling techniques (Dimensional, Kimball, Data Vault 2.0) and modern warehouse architectures.
• Ability to solve complex data challenges and drive continuous improvement.
