Data Entry Specialist (Remote)

About the role

TechVoleo is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to join its remote team. You will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing data while supporting various administrative tasks in a professional virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets, systems, and databases.
• Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies.
• Organize files, records, and digital documents properly.
• Perform web research and data‑collection tasks when required.
• Prepare reports and maintain records of completed work.
• Coordinate with team members for task updates and project requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of company information.

Required profile

• Previous experience in data entry or administrative support (preferred).
• Good typing speed (minimum 25 WPM) and strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and online tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
