Data Operator / Record Keeper

About the role

The Data Operator / Record Keeper will ensure that customer and shipment information is accurately captured and maintained in the company database. Working on the morning shift, the role supports daily operational reporting, invoicing, and audit preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain customer and shipment records in the database.
• Prepare invoices, bilty records, and daily operational reports.
• Organise and manage both physical and digital office files.
• Support audit procedures by providing well‑structured documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to verify and correct data discrepancies.
• Handle confidential information in line with company policies.
• Maintain consistent office attendance during scheduled hours.

Required profile

• Ability to work the designated morning shift and adhere to scheduled office hours.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
