Data Science Trainer

About the role

Upskill Training Services is seeking a passionate Data Science Trainer to deliver structured, hands‑on training to learners of varying skill levels. The role is based on‑site in Islamabad and focuses on building practical data‑science capabilities through real‑world projects and case studies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging classroom sessions covering statistics, programming, data analysis and machine‑learning fundamentals.
• Prepare instructional materials, exercises, and assessments aligned with industry best practices.
• Guide learners through projects, provide timely feedback, and track progress to ensure mastery of concepts.
• Continuously update course content to reflect current tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with the training team to refine curricula and improve learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong background in science education with solid foundations in physics and mathematics.
• Experience as a qualified teacher or trainer, including lesson planning and classroom management.
• Comfort working on‑site in Islamabad and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Education or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
• Understanding of statistical methods and data‑visualisation techniques.
• Basic knowledge of machine‑learning concepts.
