Senior Training & Enablement Specialist

About the role

Edge is seeking a Senior Training & Enablement Specialist to design, develop, and deliver learning programs for both external talent and internal employees across medical, dental, insurance, and accounting sectors. This hands‑on position blends instructional design, content creation, facilitation, coaching, and learning‑technology management.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop role‑based training, certifications, onboarding, and professional development programs.
• Create comprehensive training materials such as facilitator guides, scripts, assessments, knowledge checks, and certification assets.
• Produce engaging learning experiences using e‑learning modules, video, simulations, role‑plays, and other formats.
• Facilitate live workshops, coaching sessions, and instructor‑led trainings for diverse learner groups.
• Develop assessments, knowledge checks, and certification processes to measure learning outcomes.
• Continuously evaluate and improve content based on learner feedback and performance data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to adapt style to varied learner profiles.
• Experience delivering training across multiple industries, especially healthcare, dental, insurance, or accounting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical, measurable learning experiences.
