About the role
The Debriefing Supervisor will oversee daily rider debriefing, shipment reconciliation and the overall flow of parcels across designated routes. This position ensures that front‑ and back‑desk teams follow standard operating procedures and that daily operations close smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily rider debriefing and reconcile shipments.
- Monitor daily routes, rider dispatch, and parcel movements.
- Supervise front‑desk and back‑desk staff, ensuring SOP compliance.
- Coordinate with Operations and branch teams for efficient daily closing.
Required profile
- Intermediate degree (minimum).
- Experience in logistics or courier operations preferred.
- Strong reporting and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
