Delivery Lead / Microsoft Solution Architect – Technology Consulting

About the role

As a Delivery Lead and Microsoft Solution Architect at EY, you will own the end‑to‑end architecture, delivery governance, and technical decision‑making for Microsoft Data & AI consulting engagements in Pakistan. You will guide clients in leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power Platform and AI/ML solutions to drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and define end‑to‑end Microsoft Data & AI architecture, including Fabric, Azure services, Power Platform and Power BI.
• Establish integration strategies across SAP S/4HANA, SharePoint, SQL Server, Microsoft Teams and enterprise APIs.
• Lead technical delivery, ensuring secure connectivity, data ingestion, data quality, ML model development, deployment and operational hand‑over.
• Set and enforce solution architecture standards, security/access patterns, environment strategy and integration guidelines.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from design through testing and knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in Microsoft Data & AI or solution architecture.
• Proven experience designing enterprise solutions with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Azure Machine Learning, Power Platform, Power BI and Azure Integration Services.
• Experience defining delivery governance, technical standards and security patterns.
• Prior consulting experience in large technology‑focused firms (e.g., EY, Big 4, Accenture, IBM, Avanade, Infosys) is preferred.
• Domain experience in oil & gas, energy, utilities or industrial sectors is a plus.
