Delivery Manager (Mobile Applications)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Delivery Manager to lead our PMO function and directly drive critical mobile and digital application programs. The role combines strategic governance with hands‑on delivery to ensure high‑quality outcomes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and mature the PMO, defining frameworks, governance models and KPIs for mobile delivery.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of iOS, Android and cross‑platform projects, managing planning, estimation, risks and scope changes.
• Lead portfolio planning, capacity management and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
• Define and track delivery KPIs, produce executive dashboards and use data‑driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Serve as senior escalation point, manage client communications, steering committees and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or related field; Master’s (MBA) preferred.
• 8‑12+ years of project/program delivery experience, including 4‑6 years in PMO leadership.
• Proven track record delivering mobile and digital applications at scale.

Required skills

• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Asana, Trello.
• Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Hybrid, Waterfall.
• Platforms: iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native.
• Familiarity with cloud‑native environments and CI/CD pipelines.
