Demand Planner – Ice Cream (Karachi)

About the role

The Demand Planner for Ice Cream will support the Pakistan Ice Cream business by driving inventory performance, reducing waste, and improving agility through rigorous KPI tracking and process improvement. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure planning excellence across all SKU lines.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast SKU‑wise demand using market trends, sales data, and brand inputs.
• Track primary and secondary sales, end‑stock levels, and trade activities to refine forecasts.
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly demand plans in Excel.
• Plan and monitor trade activities and consumer promotions, adjusting forecasts as run rates change.
• Forecast impacts of price changes, grammage adjustments, and new product launches.
• Circulate the demand plan to Supply Chain, Trade, Finance and Marketing stakeholders.
• Calculate and track forecast accuracy and bias, maintaining a weekly FA‑FB tracker.
• Lead monthly ARM, DRM and sign‑off meetings, coordinating with CCBT and other functions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in demand planning.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and present data-driven insights.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and forecasting.
