About the role
The incumbent will play a key role in steering our design and illustration function, driving the visual development of high‑quality educational books and publishing materials across both print and digital platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in leading the visual strategy for educational publications, elevating book layouts, illustration styles, and cover aesthetics.
- Refine and streamline day‑to‑day creative workflows to ensure efficient, scalable, deadline‑driven content delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital publishing tools to continuously modernize visual assets and layout frameworks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in design and illustration, preferably within publishing, educational media, or a creative agency.
Required skills
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Vector illustration workflows.
- Typography expertise.
- Prepress and digital output standards.
