Deputy Manager Electrical & Instrumentation

About the role
We are looking for a Deputy Manager to lead the maintenance and operation of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems at our plant. You will ensure safety and operational compliance while driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and operation of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems across the plant.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and optimise Honeywell DCS and Siemens PLC systems, including installation, calibration and maintenance.
- Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost plant reliability, efficiency and performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in power plants or heavy‑industrial electrical systems, preferably coal‑fired power plants.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on safety and operational excellence.
