Deputy Manager – Fixed Assets and Order-to-Cash

About the role

The Deputy Manager – Fixed Assets and Order-to-Cash will lead the end‑to‑end management of the fixed‑asset register and the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) process. This role ensures compliance with IFRS, tax regulations and internal controls while driving continuous improvement in ERP usage and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full fixed‑asset lifecycle: capitalization, depreciation, transfers, disposals, physical verification, impairments, revaluations, CWIP capitalization and reconciliations.
• Review capital expenditures, maintain the fixed‑asset register and ensure adherence to IFRS, tax and internal control standards.
• Oversee the O2C cycle, including advance billing, cash application, revenue recognition under IFRS 15, refunds, credit notes and related reconciliations.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal, statutory and tax auditors, strengthen internal controls, improve SOPs and drive ERP/process improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline from an HEC‑recognized university, or at least four papers of the CFAP stage of ICAP’s CA qualification with mandatory training completed.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience, including hands‑on work with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial controls, reconciliations and statutory compliance.
