Deputy Manager – SAP B1 Functional

About the role

Samad Group of Industries is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead its Management Information Systems (MIS) function in Lahore. This full‑time, on‑site position will bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring reliable data for strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders across manufacturing units.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and coordinate system configuration and enhancements.
• Monitor data integrity, develop dashboards and reports for senior management.
• Identify process gaps, propose improvements and support implementation.
• Train end users on MIS tools and ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
