DevOps Architect

About the role

The DevOps Architect will lead urgent issues and projects, ensuring SLA compliance and proper communication of status and resources. This role collaborates closely with development teams to design, deploy and maintain secure, reliable and automated cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead urgent incidents, assign staffing resources and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Document system configurations, processes and tools used by the team.
• Design, implement and test CI/CD pipelines and environments for QA, development and production.
• Deploy and support applications in cloud environments while ensuring security, reliability, scalability and automation.
• Provide direct server support during deployments and production operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation and cloud operations.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Flexible attitude and versatile personality.

• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Azure, App Center.
• Infrastructure as Code: CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible.
• Version control: Subversion.
• Containerization: Docker.
• Databases: MySQL, MSSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis.
• Windows Server, VMWare, IIS.
• Scripting: Python, Ruby, Bash, PowerShell.
• Linux distributions: RHEL 8, CentOS, Ubuntu, Amazon Linux.
