DevOps Engineer (Infrastructure)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer (Infrastructure) on a contract basis to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for a global technology leader. The role is fully remote and focuses on automating infrastructure, improving deployment efficiency, and ensuring high availability of critical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and implement reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to embed DevOps best practices.
• Support cloud environments on AWS, Azure, or GCP, focusing on scalability and cost optimization.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong background in infrastructure as code and cloud platforms.
• Hands‑on scripting ability (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with containerization, orchestration, monitoring, and security concepts.
