DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on DevOps Engineer to own our cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and environments. You will manage infrastructure as code with reusable Terraform modules and ensure fast, repeatable, low‑risk releases across DEV, STAGING, and PROD.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and version reusable Terraform modules for AWS resources.
• Provision and manage ECS/Fargate services, AWS Batch, SQS queues, RDS/PostgreSQL, Redis, S3, EC2, and IAM.
• Design and maintain AWS networking components such as VPCs, subnets, security groups, and load balancers.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines in CircleCI with secure secrets management.
• Containerize applications with Docker and manage Python environments using conda.
• Monitor system health, logs, and uptime; respond to incidents and improve security, cost‑efficiency, and reliability.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Site Reliability roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Terraform (modules, state management, workspaces).
• Deep knowledge of AWS services: ECS/Fargate, Batch, SQS, RDS/PostgreSQL, ElastiCache Redis, S3, EC2, IAM.
• Solid understanding of AWS networking (VPC, subnets, routing, security groups, load balancers, DNS, SSL/TLS).
• Practical experience building CI/CD pipelines in CircleCI, including environment separation and secrets management.
• Proficiency with Docker, conda, Linux administration, shell scripting, and troubleshooting production issues.
