DevOps Engineer

About the role

A DevOps Engineer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience is sought to manage cloud infrastructure, automate deployment processes and maintain scalable, reliable systems. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, containerization and infrastructure management.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing and deployment.
• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, especially AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Monitor system performance, availability and infrastructure health.
• Automate infrastructure with tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Manage Linux servers, networking and system configurations.
• Ensure security, backups, access controls and disaster recovery procedures.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues, server performance problems and production incidents.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline software delivery.
• Maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, deployments and configurations.

Required profile

• 3-4 years of professional experience in DevOps or a related role.
• Proactive, responsible professional with a strong ownership mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with development teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Required skills

• Hands-on AWS services: EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, VPC, CloudWatch.
• Linux server administration.
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or Ansible.
• Networking, DNS, firewalls and load balancing.
• Git and version control.
• Monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana or ELK Stack.
