DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer (Remote, Pakistan)

About the role

HiddenTalent.ai is seeking a DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud and on‑premise environments. The role focuses on automation, infrastructure‑as‑code, and containerised deployments while supporting a global, AI‑driven talent intelligence platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain secure, highly available infrastructure across on‑premises and AWS cloud.
• Administer VMware and Microsoft Hyper‑V virtualization platforms.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Linux servers on multiple distributions.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and modern DevOps practices.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation.
• Deploy, monitor and optimise AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudWatch and Load Balancers.
• Create, deploy and manage containerised applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring, backup, disaster‑recovery and security controls.
• Automate provisioning, configuration management and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Security and Product teams to improve reliability.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and apply preventive measures.
• Maintain documentation, architecture diagrams and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Participate in on‑call support and routine infrastructure maintenance.
