About the role
10Pearls is seeking a proactive DevOps Support Consultant to join its 24/7 support operations. The role focuses on night‑shift monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining cloud‑based systems to ensure high availability and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 support during the night shift (8 pm – 8 am).
- Monitor cloud‑based applications and infrastructure for availability, performance, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application incidents.
- Perform basic Linux and Windows server and database administration.
- Collaborate with platform owners to define and implement monitoring requirements.
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Assist in log analysis and incident management to improve system stability.
- Follow DevOps best practices and stay updated on emerging cloud technologies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a DevOps support or monitoring role.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness to work rotational night and weekend shifts.
Required skills
- Basic hands‑on experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git version control.
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a plus.
