Digital Marketing Assistant – Remote

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. This remote position focuses on boosting online visibility, creating engaging content, and analysing campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing and scheduling email newsletters to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic and rankings.
• Collect, analyse and report on campaign metrics such as open rates, website traffic and conversions using Excel.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging and spot emerging marketing trends.
• Update website banners, landing pages and product‑launch content.
• Monitor competitor activities and help implement new digital tactics across channels.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research and email‑marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing ability with a focus on brand‑consistent copy.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and basic analysis.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
