Digital Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative and data‑savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. You will work remotely, helping to boost online visibility, engage customers, and drive sales across the Shopify store and other marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling email newsletters and marketing campaigns.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic and rankings.
• Collect, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and spot emerging trends.
• Update website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and help implement new digital marketing tactics.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email‑marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with a focus on brand‑consistent copy.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and basic analysis.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
