Digital Marketing Expert (Healthcare)

About the role

PMTAC is seeking a data‑driven Digital Marketing Expert to shape its online presence across Pakistan. You will be the voice of the brand in the digital world, creating campaigns that reach patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns from awareness to conversion.
• Manage end‑to‑end Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) with a focus on ROI and cost‑per‑lead.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, including keyword research, on‑page optimisation, technical audits and link‑building.
• Monitor performance daily using GA4, Meta Business Suite and Search Console; turn data into actionable plans.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with KPI tracking and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure all assets are on‑brand and compliant with healthcare marketing standards.
• Conduct competitor analysis and audience segmentation to uncover growth opportunities.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, healthcare ad regulations and emerging digital trends.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Proven success managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Google Ads certification or equivalent proficiency.
• Deep knowledge of on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Urdu.
