About the role

A Digital Marketing Fulfillment Specialist manages hands-on digital marketing execution for a portfolio of local service business clients. The role focuses on Google Business Profiles, local SEO, WordPress optimization, citations, reviews, content and performance reporting. It suits someone who is detail-oriented, follows established SOPs and can independently manage multiple client accounts. The position is full-time and remote, with U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles: categories, photos, posts, Q&A, performance monitoring and ongoing improvements.
• Implement on-page SEO updates in WordPress, including metadata, headings, internal links and content, following SEO SOPs.
• Conduct local keyword research and use AI-assisted tools to draft and refine content that is accurate, natural and locally relevant.
• Build and maintain local citations across directories, monitor and respond to client reviews, and flag reputation issues.
• Track rankings, traffic and engagement with Google Search Console and Google Analytics, and report clear insights.
• Deliver SEO and marketing work across multiple client accounts, track deadlines and keep organized task queues.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands-on local SEO experience, preferably with local service businesses such as home services, healthcare or legal.
• Digital marketing agency experience strongly preferred.
• Strong written English, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Follows SOPs, takes ownership of deadlines and communicates proactively about blockers.
