Digital Marketing Instructor – Full‑time (On‑site)

About the role

Career Institute is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Instructor to join its Faisalabad campus. The instructor will lead classroom-based courses that equip students with practical digital marketing skills and prepare them for industry certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging digital marketing curricula, including lesson plans and hands‑on projects.
• Mentor and guide students, providing feedback and assessing their progress throughout the program.
• Prepare students for digital-marketing certification exams by aligning course content with current industry standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends to keep the curriculum relevant.
• Collaborate with the institute’s team to continuously improve teaching materials and learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social‑media marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and training abilities to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with marketing and sales tactics in a digital environment.
• Ability to inspire, coach, and support students toward their learning goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; professional digital‑marketing certifications are a plus.
• Prior teaching, training, or professional experience in digital marketing is preferred.
• Organizational skills to develop structured content and assessment materials.
