About the role
The Marketing & Business Development Trainee will support market research, trends and opportunities in the apparel and textile sector, assisting the team with marketing strategies and client communications.
Key responsibilities
- Support market research and identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in executing marketing strategies and preparing presentations.
- Maintain databases of leads and partners.
- Communicate with existing and prospective clients and support basic sales outreach.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and handle customer follow‑ups.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills in English; local language knowledge is a plus.
- Interest in sourcing and supply‑chain operations.
- Ability to work on‑site in Karachi, manage multiple tasks and pay attention to detail.
- Recent graduate or early‑career professional in Business, Marketing, Textile Management or related field.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Canva.
- Familiarity with AI platforms.
