Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to boost our online presence and attract qualified B2B leads for our software development services. The role combines social media management, campaign planning, and data‑driven optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow our LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other social channels, creating and scheduling engaging content.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including monthly content calendars and competitor research.
• Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn outreach, maintain lead databases, and support email nurturing workflows.
• Produce captions, blog posts, newsletters and promotional copy while coordinating with designers for visual assets.
• Track campaign performance, prepare regular analytics reports and recommend data‑based improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within IT, software development or SaaS.
• Proven ability to generate B2B leads and manage social media accounts.
• Strong written communication and an eye for detail.
