About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives, boost brand visibility, and generate qualified leads for our fast‑growing tech and transformation services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Plan and implement SEO tactics to improve website visibility and search rankings.
• Create and manage content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
• Design and oversee social media strategies to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
• Manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and related tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Monitor digital trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts.
• Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial or lead role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, time‑management, and project‑coordination skills.
