Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of multi‑channel digital campaigns for Aira Xpert Solutions. Based on‑site in Sialkot, the role works closely with design, development and content teams to boost brand visibility and drive conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital marketing strategies across paid, organic and social channels.
• Oversee social media platforms to build brand awareness and engagement.
• Lead generation funnel creation, optimisation and performance tracking.
• Coordinate SEO and content marketing initiatives to improve search visibility.
• Analyse web and campaign data, produce regular performance reports and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost‑effective spend.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital trends, tools and best practices.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in digital marketing, campaign planning and optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience in social media marketing across major platforms.
• Proven ability in lead generation and conversion‑focused initiatives.
• Competence with web analytics tools to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects in an agency or fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, content marketing and basic design/UX concepts is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines on‑site.
