Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Ads)

About the role

Bit Technologies is hiring a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist in Islamabad to plan, run and optimise paid advertising campaigns for Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads and TikTok Ads. The role covers lead generation, campaign management and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid ads on Meta, Google and TikTok
• Generate qualified leads and drive conversions for different clients
• Research audiences, keywords and competitors
• Monitor campaigns, manage budgets and optimise ROI
• Create and test ad creatives, copy, targeting strategies and landing pages
• Track conversions with Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager and TikTok Pixel
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements
• Stay up to date with advertising trends and platform updates

Required profile

• Proven experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns; TikTok Ads experience is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimisation and campaign analytics
• Ability to analyse data and deliver measurable results
• Strong communication, problem-solving and time-management skills
• A portfolio or examples of previous campaigns and results is preferred
