Digital Marketing Strategist (B2B)

About the role

SeeBiz is hiring a strategic, research-driven Digital Marketing Strategist in Lahore to build clear, data-backed marketing strategies for its B2B products and services. The role goes beyond managing social media or running individual campaigns: it covers market, customer, competitor and business insight turned into digital marketing, demand generation, content and growth strategies, with a focus on international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets, industries, competitors and customer behaviour; define Ideal Customer Profiles and buyer personas; analyse competitors' positioning, messaging and content
• Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, build customer journeys and funnels, and plan brand awareness, demand generation, lead generation and customer acquisition
• Create value propositions and messaging frameworks, and work with content and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels
• Work with Performance Marketing, Content, Creative, SEO, CRM and Sales teams on campaigns, content calendars, paid media and demand generation
• Define KPIs, analyse performance and funnel conversion, and turn data into actionable recommendations

Required profile

• 4-6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation or Marketing Strategy
• Strong B2B marketing experience, preferably targeting international markets
• Proven market, competitor and audience research, and experience with ICPs, buyer personas, customer journeys and funnels
• Experience across content, paid media, SEO, email marketing, social media and CRM
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and strong communication and presentation skills
