Digital Sales Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a Digital Sales Virtual Assistant to drive revenue through personalized outreach. Working fully remotely, you will turn abandoned carts and missed opportunities into completed purchases for partner brands.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct abandoned‑cart recovery via email, SMS and live‑chat to close sales.
• Provide tailored product recommendations that increase average order value.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues and ensure a friction‑free checkout experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimise outreach campaigns and continuously improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven remote/online sales experience.
• At least 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Self‑starter with a conversion‑focused mindset and strong communication abilities.
• Comfortable using digital sales and support tools.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.
