Director of Business Development (BD Co-Founder)

About the role

OPAG builds enterprise AI products and solutions that improve business operations and integrate with existing systems, drawing on a decade of expertise in enterprise AI products and implementation. It is looking for a hands-on Business Development Co-Founder based in Pakistan with strong connections in the country's manufacturing sector to generate business, build partnerships and close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified opportunities through existing industry relationships.
• Lead the sales process, from discovery and proposals to negotiation and closing.
• Develop strategic partnerships and work with the technical team to address client needs.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of proven, hands-on business development and sales experience in Pakistan.
• Direct, active relationships with owners and senior decision-makers in manufacturing businesses.
• Demonstrated success in closing B2B deals, developing partnerships and growing revenue.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate the business value of technology.

What we offer

• Equity and commission only initially, with no fixed salary at the start; salary may be introduced after proven performance and revenue results.
• Contract engagement with potential to move into a full-time, onsite role.
• Long-term opportunity to grow into Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
