Director of Planning & Development

About the role

The Director of Planning & Development will lead major civil and infrastructure projects for Air University, ensuring they are delivered from inception to completion within the public‑sector education environment.

Required profile

• Education: MBA/MSc or equivalent degree from an HEC‑recognized university/institute or a reputable foreign university (16 years of study).
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 8‑10 years in a senior leadership role overseeing major civil/infrastructure projects, preferably in the educational or public sector, and a proven track record of managing mega‑projects from inception to completion.
• Knowledge: Good understanding of civil engineering principles, construction management, budgeting, and regulatory frameworks applicable to public‑sector development programmes.
• Age limit: Applicants must be 59 years of age or younger at the time of application.
