About the role
We are looking for a motivated Dispatcher (DAT Pricing Coordinator) to join our team in Karachi. The role focuses on leveraging the DAT Load Board to generate business and secure loads for the U.S. trucking market during night shift hours.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage activities on the DAT Load Board.
- Generate business and secure loads through DAT.
- Analyze market rates and set competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with carriers and customers to ensure efficient load coverage.
- Negotiate rates to maximize profitability.
- Maintain accurate records and support smooth dispatch operations.
Required profile
- 6 months to 1 year experience in U.S. trucking dispatch or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of DAT Load Board and market pricing.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
