Warehouse Incharge

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Warehouse Incharge to join our Supply Chain Team in Karachi. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock receipt, maintaining inventory integrity, and overseeing warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate receipt of stocks and maintain 100% stock accuracy.
• Monitor finished goods stock, minimize loss/damage, and conduct daily and monthly cycle counts.
• Maintain safety, security, and housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
• Train warehouse staff, manage documentation, and produce monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate deliveries to dealers, plan vehicle trips, and ensure zero loss in dispatch.
• Record all transactions in SAP in real time and align WMS mapping with SAP reports.
• Maintain proof of deliveries and report FIFO dispatch performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, stock control, dispatch, and logistics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong knowledge of FIFO, stock audits, and reconciliation.
• Understanding of warehouse operating procedures, safety and security standards.
