Dispatcher – Limousine & Taxi Coordination

About the role

The Dispatcher at Dispatch360Solution coordinates limousine and taxi assignments from our Lahore office. Working full‑time on‑site, you will ensure that passenger requests are matched quickly with available drivers, maintaining high standards of safety and timeliness.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor incoming trip requests and allocate vehicles and drivers using dispatch software.
• Track ongoing rides, update trip statuses, and handle any routing or scheduling issues.
• Answer calls from customers and drivers, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries.
• Document incidents, maintain clear communication with drivers, and escalate service problems when necessary.
• Collaborate with the customer‑service team to prioritize urgent requests and support smooth operations across all shifts.

Required profile

• Strong coordination and organisational abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective spoken and written English; Urdu proficiency is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with dispatch or call‑center software.
• Customer‑service mindset with patience, problem‑solving skills and focus on safety and timeliness.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Minimum high school diploma; higher education or vocational training in logistics, operations or business is a plus.
• Reliability, attention to detail and calm decision‑making under pressure.
