About the role
We are looking for a proactive Dispatcher to manage ride bookings and coordinate drivers in real time at our High Q Tower office in Lahore. The role involves ensuring smooth daily operations, timely pickups and drop‑offs, and high‑quality service for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage ride bookings and assign trips to drivers instantly.
- Monitor ongoing trips, coordinating with drivers to guarantee timely pickups and drop‑offs.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests.
- Handle operational issues, delays, and schedule changes while maintaining service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 0 to 6 months of relevant experience.
- Strong linguistic ability with a clear, professional accent.
- Previous limousine dispatching experience is a plus.
