About the role
Cloud X Operations is hiring an experienced Dispatcher to manage drivers and customers for a US-based transport company.
Key responsibilities
- Assign bookings and jobs to drivers quickly and accurately.
- Communicate with drivers throughout each trip.
- Handle customer calls, requests and complaints professionally.
- Track vehicles in real time and resolve delays or issues.
- Keep accurate booking records.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Active, fast-paced working style.
- Comfortable working US hours.
