Draftsman (Quantity Control Drawings)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman specialized in Quantity Control Drawings to support our construction projects. You will create precise drawings, ensure measurements meet standards, and collaborate closely with engineers and project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction drawings focused on quantity control.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to gather requirements and clarify scope.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and specification changes.
• Use CAD software to create and modify design layouts.
• Ensure drawings comply with company standards and local regulations.
• Maintain organized records of drafts and revisions.
• Coordinate with procurement to align designs with material specifications.
• Assist in preparing quantity take‑offs and estimates.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of drafting experience, especially with quantity control drawings.
• Proficiency in CAD software; certification in AutoCAD preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and local building codes.
