Driver & Office Assistant

About the role

Glowmax International is looking for a reliable Driver & Office Assistant to handle daily transportation needs and support general office operations. The role combines safe vehicle operation with basic office upkeep to ensure a smooth and professional workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Transport company staff, clients, and visitors safely and on schedule.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, well‑maintained, and fueled.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain vehicle logbooks and related documentation.
• Deliver and collect official documents, parcels, and office supplies.
• Purchase office supplies as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, reception, pantry, and common areas.
• Assist with photocopying, filing, and other general office support tasks.
• Support office staff with day‑to‑day administrative and operational duties.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence with a good driving record.
• Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations.
• Honest, punctual, and responsible.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform both driving and office duties.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.

Required skills

• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
