E-commerce Operations & Sales Manager

About the role

The E-commerce Operations & Sales Manager will lead day‑to‑day activities across sales, fulfillment and customer service, ensuring a seamless workflow for our online store. You will supervise remote teams, manage marketplace transactions and drive operational efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of sales, fulfillment and customer service teams.
• Monitor remote sales team productivity using tools such as Hubstaff and ensure sales targets are met.
• Verify marketplace transactions on platforms like Facebook Marketplace and Amazon, ensuring accurate commissions.
• Process website orders, create shipping labels, coordinate dispatch and track fulfillment.
• Manage vendor orders, procurement and timely product availability.
• Resolve delayed shipments and parcel issues by liaising with carriers.
• Maintain e‑commerce website content, including product categories, listings, pricing and inventory.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, supporting sales conversion.
• Coordinate with marketing on Google Ads campaigns, promotions and sales initiatives.
• Prepare daily sales reports, monthly revenue sheets and performance summaries.
• Implement internal controls, checks and balances for accuracy and transparency.
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in e‑commerce operations, sales management or operations leadership.
• Proven experience managing online stores and marketplace platforms (Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of shipping operations, carrier systems and logistics coordination.
• Experience supervising remote teams and tracking productivity with tools such as Hubstaff.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
