eBay E-Commerce Account Manager

About the role

The company, a US‑based wholesale distributor, is looking for an experienced eBay Account Manager to run its U.S. eBay seller operations from Multan. You will be responsible for growing sales, maintaining marketplace compliance, and ensuring profitable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full Seller Hub workflow: account setup, policy compliance, performance monitoring and issue resolution.
• Conduct product research using Terapeak, competitor analysis and sales data to identify high‑demand, profitable items.
• Create and optimise listings, titles, keywords, item specifics, pricing and bulk uploads.
• Source products from U.S. brands, wholesalers and authorised distributors.
• Oversee inventory, order processing, shipping, tracking, returns and 3PL coordination.
• Maintain account health by meeting performance standards, resolving disputes and preventing restrictions.
• Run Promoted Listings, improve conversion rates and scale profitable sales.
• Report on revenue, profit margins, advertising spend and operational KPIs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven experience managing U.S. eBay seller accounts independently.
• Strong knowledge of Seller Hub, Terapeak, eBay SEO, bulk listing tools and advertising.
• Experience with wholesale sourcing, inventory management and eBay‑compliant drop shipping.
• Ability to calculate product profitability, marketplace fees, shipping costs and ROI.
• Excellent spoken and written English for communication with U.S. suppliers, customers and eBay support.
