Ecommerce Manager

About the role

UpZilo is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to lead and optimise its online sales channels and digital storefronts. This full‑time, on‑site position in Lahore will own the day‑to‑day performance of the ecommerce store, from product listings to checkout.

Key responsibilities

• Manage store operations, catalogue, pricing and stock across platforms.
• Oversee orders, returns, refunds and fulfilment processes.
• Plan and execute promotions, bundles and seasonal campaigns.
• Optimise product pages, customer journey and conversion funnels.
• Coordinate SEO, ads and email initiatives with the marketing team.
• Produce sales reports, conduct competitor checks and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills to interpret ecommerce metrics and drive data‑based decisions.
• Excellent communication abilities for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Solid experience in sales and e‑commerce channel management.
• Marketing knowledge to develop campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce or related field, or equivalent experience.
