Sales Development Representative

About the role

The Sales Development Representative will work on‑site in Lahore, focusing on prospecting, qualifying leads and nurturing potential clients through the early sales cycle. You will support the sales team by generating appointments and demos, while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets, identify decision‑makers and present Swift Tech BPO’s service offerings.
• Conduct outbound calls and emails, follow standardized scripts and schedule appointments or demos.
• Maintain accurate lead information in CRM tools and follow up on inbound inquiries.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to meet lead‑generation and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Strong inside‑sales and telesales experience, with proven outbound calling skills.
• Demonstrated lead‑generation abilities, including prospecting, qualifying leads and pipeline management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Business development mindset – identifying opportunities and supporting account growth.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore, meet performance targets and collaborate in a team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM software for tracking leads and activities.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or outreach tools.
