EDMS Manager – Production Support Lead

About the role

10Pearls is looking for an experienced EDMS Manager to lead end‑to‑end production support for enterprise digital platforms within a complex banking environment. The role ensures application stability, incident resolution, and smooth business‑as‑usual operations while coordinating across IT, vendors, and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 production support for the EDMS application and related Digital Workers (Power Automate).
• Monitor system health, manage incident tickets, and drive root‑cause analysis.
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports and ad‑hoc updates to stakeholders.
• Liaise with users, technology teams, and corporate/retail/operations tech groups for data and process information exchange.
• Lead a diversified team of onshore, offshore, and vendor resources, ensuring compliance with PMO, QMS, risk, audit, and architectural standards.
• Support off‑business‑hours when required and contribute to automation and operational improvements.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of production support experience, preferably in a banking or financial services setting.
• Strong English communication skills and a proactive, solution‑focused attitude.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional teams and handle escalations as the highest internal point of contact.
