Education Consultant

About the role

The Education Consultant will lead customer education initiatives for Motive’s platform, helping clients maximize the value of safety, operations, and finance tools. This role blends strategic planning, instructional design, and delivery to create measurable business outcomes for a diverse customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end, customized training plans for individual accounts, beginning with discovery calls to capture goals, challenges, personas, and success metrics.
• Secure customer buy‑in and formal approval for training plans, ensuring alignment and commitment.
• Facilitate customer‑facing training across multiple formats, including virtual instructor‑led sessions.
• Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams, subject‑matter experts, and enablement groups to keep training content accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with product roadmaps.
• Ensure training experiences are engaging, effective, and directly contribute to customer success and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering customer education programs.
• Strong foundation in instructional design principles.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor and guide customers through tailored learning journeys.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for virtual and hybrid environments.
• Collaborative mindset with a track record of working closely with internal stakeholders and SMEs.
